This College APT Review Committee votes and writes a report, the Dean writes a letter, and the Dossier is submitted for evaluation by the Campus APT Review Committee. You acknowledge that any information or advice provided to You by AdventureSmith in the Dossier or at any time related to the Tour, including, without limitation, information regarding visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment, is provided to You as a courtesy only, and AdventureSmith does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or applicability of any such information. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Applicant or its Affiliates any property rights whatsoever in the Dossier or any licence or permit to use the information for any purpose other than that specified in this Agreement. The Copper Consortium or any of its Members including the Lead Registrant or any of its duly authorised agents and representatives shall not be liable to the Applicant in any way whatsoever for any loss or damage arising out of compliance or of non-compliance with the requirements of the Regulation whether arising out of the use of the Dossier or not. The particulars and documents accompanying an application for marketing authorisation pursuant to Articles 12 to 13d shall be presented in accordance with the requirements set out in this Annex and shall take into account the guidance published by the Commission in The rules governing medicinal products in the European Union, Volume 6 B, Notice to applicants, Veterinary medicinal products, Presentation and Contents of the Dossier. #Dossier meaning registration
To open a file, an employee will be required to register with the Dossier Service and to pay a registration fee of no more than $20.00. If the Candidate selects Response Option (2), the Dossier is handled as described in Response Options.
